We use GB standard No.1 oxygen-free copper rods with purity ≥99.95%, and DC resistance fully meets GB/T 3956 and IEC 60228. Aluminum conductors adopt A2/A4 grade electrical round aluminum rods. Full inspection before shipment.

We base on GB/T and IEC. For Southeast Asia, Central Asia and Africa, we can customize to BS, ASTM, SANS and local national standards. Please specify the required standard in advance.

We offer full series of flame retardant, fire resistant and LSZH, with flame retardant grades A/B/C, compliant with GB/T 19666 and IEC 60332-3. LSZH is highly recommended for crowded facilities like mines, subways and hospitals.

Yes. Full customization from conductor cross-section, cores, insulation thickness, sheath material, armor type, color to printing content. Please provide project drawings or technical specs, our engineering team replies within 24 hours.

Yes. We can customize surface inkjet printing including buyer name, project code, starting length marks per contract. Printing content and spacing must be confirmed at contract signing.

Standard LV cable MOQ: 200m/spec; MV 10–35kV: 1000m/spec; HV 66kV and above: ≥2000m/batch to ensure continuous production. For below MOQ, please inquire about stock availability.

Yes. Sample order minimum 50 meters, lead time 5–7 days. Sample and shipping fees apply, refundable upon formal order confirmation.

After receiving 30% deposit and approved drawings: LV cable 7–15 days; MV 10–35kV 15–20 days; HV above 66kV 25–35 days. Actual time depends on specs and production schedule.

Cables packed on iron-wood or steel-wood reels, wrapped with waterproof film and anti-collision corner protectors, meeting ocean container shipping requirements. Fumigation certificates available. Reels can be returned or disposed per buyer's request.

We hold National Industrial Production License, CCC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001. For exports, we provide type test reports per IEC/CB standards, and support SGS/BV/SABS third-party factory audits and inspection.

We issue FORM E (ASEAN), CO (general origin), commercial invoices and packing lists. Each batch comes with factory test reports. For special clearance needs, please inform us in advance – we can coordinate commodity inspection or embassy legalization.

Standard: 30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% balance against B/L copy. For large amounts or first-time cooperation, L/C at sight is negotiable. Final terms subject to contract confirmation.

Upon arrival, check packaging integrity and perform sampling tests on conductor resistance, insulation thickness and voltage withstand per contract. Contact us within 24 hours with samples and original packaging retained. We will coordinate technical support or take responsibility per contract terms.

Warranty starts from shipment date. Standard products: 12 months; special custom or anti-corrosion types can be extended to 24 months. During warranty, failures caused by materials or workmanship are repaired or replaced free of charge.

We provide cable laying manuals and joint installation process documents. For large EPC projects or first-time cooperations, we can arrange on-site technical support (cost negotiable) to ensure installation quality.
