In 1980, Xinxiang Huanghe Wire & Cable Factory (as a state-owned enterprise) was established (formally entered the wire and cable industry).
From 1980 to 1996, Huanghe Cable Factory was honored as "Henan Province Quality Assured Brand", "Henan Market Assured Brand" and so on.
In 1996, Huanghe Cable Factory was restructured into a joint-stock enterprise and officially renamed as Xinxiang Huanghe Cable Co.
From 1996 to 2006, Henan Huanghe Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. as one of the key producers of wires and cables in Henan Province, China and a member unit of Henan Wire & Cable Industry Association, has been awarded the honorary titles of "China Famous Brand", "Contract and Reputation Keeping Unit", and "AAA Grade Credit Enterprise" and so on.
Between 2006 and 2012, we set up branches in citys of Changsha, Guiyang, Chengdu, Xi'an, Lanzhou, Fuzhou and Nanchang and so on.
In 2012, Zhengzhou Marketing Center of Henan Huanghe Cable was established in the centre of China's transportation hub city--Zhengzhou. We collaborated with large-scale projects such as the China Railway Group, South-to-North Water Diversion Project, West-to-East Gas transmission project, high-speed railways station establishment, and local Electricity Bureaus in cities and counties. In this year,we have achieved a record annual sales of 500 million.
From 2013 to 2015, Huanghe Cable Group has developed more than 200 dealers in Henan, and annual sales continue to break records. We prioritize good faith management, sincere cooperation, quality, service, integrity, management, and innovation to maintain our AAAAA brand honor.
In 2016, in response to the national Belt and Road strategy, Huanghe Cable Group wholly-owned subsidiary - Henan Interbeth Cable Co., Ltd was established.
From 2017-2021, we have revised our domestic strategy to compete in the market, collaborated with major project customers, and formed strategic partnerships with more large and well-known enterprises. Internationally, we have also partnered with national power companies in many countries, laying a solid foundation for the company's business development both domestically and abroad.
In 2021, our new factory was established to support increased demand and our self-research innovation needs. Our goal is to establish a new production pattern driven by innovation.
From 2021 to 2023, despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic, our annual production capacity and sales climbed year by year as we fought our way to 20000km and 1 billion .
